TSMC, the world's largest semiconductor manufacturer, announced on Friday that its fourth-quarter revenue reached 1,046.08 billion New Taiwan dollars ($33.05 billion). This figure surpassed market expectations, which had forecasted 1,035.913 billion New Taiwan dollars ($32.73 billion). The fourth-quarter revenue grew by 20.45% compared to the same period last year, driven by increasing interest in artificial intelligence applications. Taiwan is a primary supplier to major companies, including Nvidia and Apple.
